We are a provider for Delta Dental of Missouri. Simply because there are so many insurance companies, please feel free to call us and allow us to contact your insurance company so we can be more specific as to your coverage.
How much your insurance company will pay is a difficult question to answer. It depends on many factors.
1. The type of policy your Company has chosen for you.
2. What amount of deductible applies to your policy?
3. The amount of the maximum allowed for the year.
4. The amount of benefits that you have already used for the year.
We will be more than happy to contact your Insurance Company and get a break down of your benefits. We will estimate your portion when we file your claim for you, there may be a portion you owe the day services are rendered.
